Policy & procedures
An application does not guarantee booth space.
Booths are reserved at a first come first serve basis.
Only exhibitors with booths are allowed to sell.
NO OVERCROWED CAGES. MAXIMUM OF 20 SMALL BIRDS PER CAGE.
Exhibitors must supervise their booths at all time.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
All items sold must be legal to sell. Please contact the U.S Fish & Wildlife Service for more information.
Only Birds and Poultry is allowed at the Pomona Show.
DO NOT bring sick animals to the show. No sales of unweaned baby birds are allowed in California.
Animals must be in clean cages with food and water.
Please provide care sheets for animals being sold.
Please bring table top covers if needed.
No Smoking is allowed inside the show buildings.
Guests are not allowed inside the building outside of show hours.
Exotic Bird Mart is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Vendors take all responsibility when choosing to set up day before event.
Exhibitor agrees not to hold Exotic Bird Mart & Expo responsible or liable for any losses or injuries.
If your animal bites someone you are responsible 100%.
If your product fails to do what it’s meant to do you are responsible.
Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax to the state. We are NOT responsible for vendor’s city and state retail tax liabilities. For information on how to apply for a seller's permit please visit: www.cdtfa.ca.gov
For safety reasons exterior doors must be close during show hours.
When shows have concluded, please clean up your booth area and take all your belongings with you.
